1. Tender Submission Assistance: - Work closely with paid customers to understand their tender requirements and specifications. - Guide customers through the tender submission process, providing expert assistance and ensuring all necessary information is included.2. Tender Document Preparation: - Collaborate with clients to prepare and review tender documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with the procurement guidelines.3. GeM Account Management: - Manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) accounts on behalf of our paid customers. - Stay updated on GeM platform policies and procedures to ensure compliance during account management and tender submissions.5. Customer Support: - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to the tendering process. - Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in tender submission, GeM account management, or a similar role.- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document preparation and submission.
