Strong understanding of Servers, Storage and Networking, System Integration, HPC Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business value. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience working with cross-functional OEM teams like HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM Prior experience in IT support and service industry.
