About the Company

M/s Star Publicity is a leading outdoor advertising agency based in Ludhiana, providing hoardings, unipoles, LED screens, bus branding, and signage across North India. We work with government and corporate clients and frequently participate in government tenders, requiring a skilled professional to manage our tender-related operations.

Position: Tender Executive / Tender Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender filing on GeM, CPPP, and other state/central e-procurement portals.
• Prepare and review BOQs, Eligibility Documents, Technical Bids, and financial bid paperwork.
• Draft quotations, coordinate with suppliers/vendors, and collect rates & documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of all tenders and maintain follow-up for corrigendums or updates.
• Maintain organized tender records, renewal schedules, and documentation archives.
• Handle EMD, Tender Fees, Technical/Financial Bid requirements with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary project or technical information.
• Monitor tender portals daily and identify new tender opportunities relevant to our industry.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Government Tender Portals (GeM / E-Procurement / CPPP).
• Strong understanding of EMD, fee structure, technical & financial bid formats.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF editing/merging, and general documentation work.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tender / Bid Management (Required/Preferred)

Work Location

Ludhiana, Punjab
Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before joining.
