Tender Executive - GeM Portal
Responsibilities:
1. Tender Process Management: Manage the tender process on the GeM portal, including preparation, publication, and evaluation.
2. Tender Document Preparation: Prepare tender documents, including tender notices, tender forms, and other required documents.
3. Compliance with GeM Portal Rules: Ensure compliance with GeM portal rules and guidelines.
4. Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tender proposals, including checking, evaluating, and ranking proposals.
5. Contract Management: Manage contracts, including preparation, execution, and management.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data on the tender process.
7. GeM Portal Management: Manage the GeM portal, including updating information, managing security, and performing other required tasks.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders, including vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders.
9. Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
10. Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
