the competitors'mindsetthe Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of tender processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups. Ensure that all documentation is in order and complies with the tender specifications. Experience in handling tenders through the * (KMDA) * (IREPS) portal, including registration, bid submission, and post-submission processes. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary technical, commercial, and legal documents required for tender submissions. Prepare and compile tender documents in a structured and organized manner. Prepare detailed bid proposals, ensuring that all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the tender document are addressed comprehensively. Track and maintain records of submitted tenders, upcoming tenders, and their status. Provide regular updates to management regarding the progress of each tender. Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information and timely submission of documents. Ensure all tenders are in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Address discrepancies or issues as needed. Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, industry standards, and competitors activities to inform tendering strategies. Skills & Qualifications: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Analytical mind-set with attention to detail. Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations (depending on industry).
