Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to handle the complete tendering process for IT infrastructure, CCTV, surveillance, and data center projects. The role is based in Chennai and requires a strong understanding of government and corporate bidding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end bidding for IT infra, CCTV, surveillance, and data center projects.

- Identify and track tenders on platforms like GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and private portals.

- Analyze RFPs/RFQs/EOIs and coordinate internally for bid strategy and documentation.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender terms.

- Liaise with OEMs/vendors for authorizations, technical data, and pricing.

- Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline), with complete accuracy.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings and update internal teams on changes or clarifications. Role & responsibilities.

- Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, pricing, and documentation.

- Assist in pricing, cost estimation, and compliance checks.
