A Tender Filling Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process across various government procurement portals such as GeM, e-Tender portals, L1 processes, and paired tenders. The role includes downloading, studying, and preparing tender documents, ensuring all required papers (technical, financial, certifications, declarations, affidavits, etc.) are ready in the correct formats.
The executive handles online submission of tenders, uploading documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with tender terms. They also coordinate GeM order processing, including order acceptance, catalog updates, invoice generation, and close coordination with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery. The job further includes maintaining records, follow-ups with departments, responding to queries, and other similar tasks related to tender management and execution.

Pay: ₹10,485.36 - ₹17,000.00 per month
