A Tender Filling Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process across various government procurement portals such as GeM, e-Tender portals, L1 processes, and paired tenders . The role includes downloading, studying, and preparing tender documents , ensuring all required papers (technical, financial, certifications, declarations, affidavits, etc.) are ready in the correct formats. The executive handles online submission of tenders , uploading documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with tender terms. They also coordinate GeM order processing , including order acceptance, catalog updates, invoice generation, and close coordination with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery. The job further includes maintaining records, follow-ups with departments, responding to queries, and other similar tasks related to tender management and execution.
