Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage tendering processes, prepare technical and commercial bids, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track new tenders from portals and government/private sources

Prepare and submit tender documents on time

Coordinate with internal departments for required information and approvals

Maintain tender-related records and files

Follow up on tender status and provide updates to management

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for necessary documents and quotations

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Any stream, preferably Commerce/Business)

Freshers and 0–1 years experience in tendering, procurement, or related field

Knowledge of tendering processes and documentation

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience in government/private tendering

Immediate Joiners preferred

Knowledge of ERP or tender management software
