Tender Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including documentation, bid submissions, coordination, compliance checks, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good analytical and communication skills, and prior experience in government or private tender processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant tenders through various portals and sources.
• Study tender documents, analyze requirements, and prepare compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare, compile, and organize tender documentation as per client requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline) with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain tender records, trackers, MIS reports, and submission logs.
• Handle queries related to tender documentation, pre-bid meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist in vendor registrations, empanelments, and renewal documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, confidentiality, and compliance norms.
• Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1–4 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or documentation roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
