Respond to customer RFQ by creating and submitting offers in time.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements, submit proposals, negotiate to WIN
deals and deliver solutions as per agreed timeline.
  • Generate new Leads by using consultative approach with customer. Follow Enquiry Pipeline
and improve strike rate and share of customer wallet
-Proactive Internal and External Interaction- Co-ordination with Service Manager, Stores, -Purchase, Accounts, Vendors, for timely execution of orders.
  • Payment collection for completed projects to meet business objectives, tracking online docx

  • Fostering positive relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Achieve expertise to use in house IT tools like SAP, ERP and train others
  • Principal engagement at various levels to build relationship and trust
  • MIS reporting and attending monthly meetings with management / functional team
