Job Description

Respond to customer RFQ by creating and submitting offers in time.

Engage with customers to understand requirements, submit proposals, negotiate to WIN

deals and deliver solutions as per agreed timeline.

Generate new Leads by using consultative approach with customer. Follow Enquiry Pipeline

and improve strike rate and share of customer wallet
-Proactive Internal and External Interaction- Co-ordination with Service Manager, Stores, -Purchase, Accounts, Vendors, for timely execution of orders.

Payment collection for completed projects to meet business objectives, tracking online docx

submission on customer portal

Fostering positive relationships with current and potential customers.
Achieve expertise to use in house IT tools like SAP, ERP and train others
Principal engagement at various levels to build relationship and trust
MIS reporting and attending monthly meetings with management / functional team
Costing prepare in ERP Software.
