Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire tender process from start to finish.Coordinate with various departments to gather all necessary documentation and information for tender submissions.Analyze requirements, prepare compliance checklists, and ensure all requirements are met.Develop and manage tender schedules, ensuring timely submissions.Review and analyze tender documentation and contract conditions.Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare and present tender proposals to senior management.Maintain records of all tender documentation and correspondence.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management or a related role.Strong understanding of contract law and tendering procedures.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.SkillsProject ManagementContract LawNegotiationMicrosoft Office SuiteRisk ManagementAnalytical ThinkingTime ManagementAttention to Detail
