Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Bidding Specialist located in Rajkot. The Tender Bidding Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, analyzing bid requirements, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with the tender specifications. The role also involves monitoring bid progress, maintaining bid documentation, and liaising with clients to clarify bid requirements and follow up on submitted tenders. Qualifications Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents Ability to analyze bid requirements and ensure compliance Excellent coordination and communication skills with various departments Ability to monitor bid progress and maintain accurate documentation Proficiency in client liaison to clarify requirements and follow-up on tenders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in using MS Office and tender management software Experience in the valve manufacturing or related manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
