Temenos Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Temenos solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Oversee the development and integration of Temenos modules to deliver a seamless banking experience
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards
• Manage technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and technical guides
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Temenos technology
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role, with a focus on Temenos products
• Strong understanding of Temenos functionalities, database concepts, and application development
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Temenos solutions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality solutions
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications related to Temenos technologies
• Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based implementations
• Familiarity with financial industry standards and practices
