As a Select Service Advisor at Shaadi SELECT, your primary responsibility is to manage the post-sales experience and membership renewal for personalized customers. You need to be proactive, patient, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to be a product expert and exhibit exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the post-sales experience and service of premium members of Shaadi SELECT. - Understand member requirements and develop their profiles. - Collaborate to prospect and shortlist suitable matches for the members. - Represent the members and connect with desirable prospects. - Arrange meetings with only consented and relevant matches for the members. - Handle membership renewals. - Maintain strong relationships with customers. - Provide counseling to members and ensure timely achievement of all milestones in the Partner Search Process. Qualifications Required: - At least one year of relevant customer service experience. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - High emotional intelligence. - Patience and persuasion skills. - A Bachelor's Degree. If you have fluency in regional languages such as Malayalam and Telugu, it will be considered a plus. The job is Full-time and Permanent with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shift, night shift, or rotational shift.
