Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service delivery and sales growth.
Oversee daily activities of the branch team, including cash handling, deposit processing, and loan disbursement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase liability products penetration among customers.
Foster strong relationships with local communities through effective communication and marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from a reputed organization).
Strong understanding of CASA acquisition, retail liabilities, and liability products.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues alike.
