As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain and balance cash drawers and adhere to all cash handling procedures
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets
• Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic math skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus
