Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Collaborate with branch team members to meet branch goals and service standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Support branch operations during peak hours.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduate in any discipline

Experience

1 to 6 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
