Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Gurugram. The Caller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our properties and services, and answering any queries they may have. The role also includes recording call details, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining client databases. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve client inquiries and concerns Proficiency in using call recording and CRM systems Good organizational and time management skills Previous experience in telecalling or a customer service role is beneficial Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred Show more Show less
