Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telecalling Agent for an on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Telecalling Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and addressing inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining updated client records, following up on leads, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to explain products or services, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• fluent in English communication
• should be comfortable with night shift
• Strong verbal communication skills, including fluency in English and additional local languages
• Proficiency in active listening, persuasive abilities, and customer relationship building
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills, including handling CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
