Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tellecaller-Sales position located in Surat. The Tellecaller-Sales associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell British Jewel products. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing product information, and addressing customer inquiries. The role will involve maintaining a database of customer contacts and managing relationships to drive sales growth. The candidate will also be expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in telemarketing or telesales techniques
• Ability to manage and update customer databases
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Customer-focused with the ability to address customer needs and inquiries
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
