Tellecaller

Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to help us grow our customer base both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote our products and services.

• Explain our brand story, product features, and benefits effectively to generate interest.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
• Follow up with shipping partners and customers for raised customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and essential details in the CRM or database.
• Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve basic questions.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all calls.
• Assist in promoting special offers, seasonal discounts, and new collections.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:
