Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about Sunpure Homes, and answering any inquiries they may have. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, explaining product details, scheduling appointments for site visits, maintaining call logs, and following up with clients. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective clients and ensuring they have a positive experience. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information Proficiency in maintaining call logs and following up with clients Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in multiple languages spoken in Mysore is an advantage
