Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about Sunpure Homes, and answering any inquiries they may have. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, explaining product details, scheduling appointments for site visits, maintaining call logs, and following up with clients. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective clients and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information
• Proficiency in maintaining call logs and following up with clients
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in multiple languages spoken in Mysore is an advantage
