Role Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our hospital team. The role involves answering patient inquiries over the phone, explaining our advanced minimally invasive treatments, and guiding patients to visit the hospital for consultation and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from patients and address their queries politely
• Provide accurate information about Interventional Radiology treatments and procedures
• Convince and guide patients to visit the hospital for consultation/treatment
• Maintain patient call records and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient communication

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (other local languages are a plus)
• Ability to explain medical services clearly and confidently to patients
• Patient-friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)

Working Hours & Shifts:

• 8.5 hours duty (including 30 minutes break)
• Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM
• Sunday working may be required (compensatory off will be provided)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,066.61 - ₹30,510.55 per month
