Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tellecaller role at Cygnus Marketing, located in Guwahati, Assam. The Tellecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and addressing customer queries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, meeting performance targets, and ensuring excellent communication to build positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to manage call logs, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Basic computer literacy for managing data entries and using telecalling tools.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment and achieve targets independently as well as within a team.
• Previous experience as a Tellecaller or in a sales-related role is an advantage.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, including proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
