Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Lucknow. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell our services. The day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
