Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Patna. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to sell products and services, providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the specialist will be assisting in training sessions and ensuring that sales targets are met on a regular basis.

• Experience in conducting Training sessions
