Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Pass out with result in hand.)
Work Experience 2 Years - 8 Years
Industry Exposure Required
Good communication in English mandatory
Can communicate in Hindi also.
Experience in Outbound Tele Sales.
Insurance sales experience pref.
Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable.

Job Role

Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about comp. courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in comp. institutes.
Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
Understand customer requirements to recommend the most suitable products or solutions.
Recommend additional products or upgrades to increase revenue.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
