Telesales Representative

You will be the voice of ISMO Skin Clinic, handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include educating potential clients about our skincare treatments and services, following up on inquiries to convert leads into appointments, maintaining client records and updating CRM, coordinating with the front desk and dermatology team for appointment scheduling, providing excellent customer service, sharing promotional offers, and ensuring high conversion rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with clients post-visit for feedback and retention. Qualifications required for this role include having 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers are welcome), excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English, a polite, persuasive, and confident phone manner, basic computer knowledge, comfort working with CRM tools, passion for skincare and wellness (a plus), ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
