Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Educate potential clients about our skincare treatments and services. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments. Maintain client records and update CRM with call status and feedback. Coordinate with the front desk and dermatology team for appointment scheduling. Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries with empathy and clarity. Share promotional offers and ensure high conversion rates. Follow up with clients post-visit for feedback and retention. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers welcome). Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English. Polite, persuasive, and confident phone manner. Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with CRM tools. Passion for skincare and wellness is a plus.
