Company Description InsuranceDekho is an online platform that allows users to compare and purchase insurance quotes from a variety of insurance companies offering Motor, Health, Life, Travel, and other insurance policies. The process of buying insurance on InsuranceDekho is simple, where users can choose their desired policy, fill in necessary information, compare quotes, make payments, and obtain their insurance policy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at InsuranceDekho located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to sell insurance policies, provide customer support, offer training on products, and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Customer Support and Sales skills Training proficiency Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
