Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telesales Representative will also participate in training sessions to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Customer Service and Customer Support skills Proven Sales skills and experience Participation in Training programs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Experience in telesales or telemarketing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
