We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company through calls. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. It is a UK process. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over call as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service . - Answer questions about products or company - Ask questions to understand customer requirements to generate lead and transfer call to Team Leader for further process. - Enter and update customer information in database CRM. - Keep records of calls and sales. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: o Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales role. Proven experience in UK Process. o Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and MS Excel. o Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. o Excellent knowledge of English . o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. o Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. o Graduation is mandatory in any field. Timings - 3pm-10pm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Application Question(s): Can you talk to UK customers?
