Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Chennai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of customer information. The Telesales Representative will also receive product training to effectively explain and promote our services.

• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proven Sales abilities
• Experience in Training is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
