Telesales Representative

As a Phone Banking Officer/ Telesales/Tele caller, you will be responsible for handling INBOUND/OUTBOUND Banking Customer Voice Process with a focus on sales post-service. Your role will involve cross-selling, upselling, and promoting banking products to customers. Candidates from the Fintech Sector are encouraged to apply for this position. You will be required to provide support to customers in resolving queries and concerns within a captive contact center of a premium bank. This position offers a fixed salary along with incentives, with a gross salary of up to 28k and incentives up to 10k. The shift timings are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for females (8.5 hours shift) and for males, the shifts are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm or 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. You will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, along with performance and yearly bonuses. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule located in person.
