Job Description

Role Overview


As a Tele Sales Executive at EMB Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving company sales and growth by engaging with potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for educating prospects on our products/services, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
