Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative at our Kolkata location. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, providing information about our services, and closing sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, tracking sales leads, and assisting in training sessions to improve telesales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
Sales skills and experience
Experience or willingness to participate in Training sessions
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Previous experience in financial services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is beneficial
