Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Collection openings are there currently for OM,AM and Team Leader professional located in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and executing all sales activities, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring timely collections. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, providing training on financial services, managing sales strategies, and overseeing collections processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Bengaluru
