Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Collection position located in Daltonganj. The primary responsibilities include managing sales operations, training new sales personnel, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves daily tasks such as communicating with clients, maintaining customer relations, and overseeing collection activities to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Training newly onboarded sales representatives
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the finance or retail lending industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
