Telesales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a high level of persistence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable offerings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client engagement to close sales.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve services and sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales (B2B/B2C), cold calling, or inside sales.
• Experience in industries like insurance, real estate, IT services, or education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
