Job Description

Make outbound calls to manufacturing units, factories, workshops, and industrial clients Introduce and explain CNC machines, specifications, applications, and benefits Understand customer requirements related to machining, production capacity, and industry use Generate and qualify leads for CNC machines and related accessories Schedule meetings, demos, or plant visits for the field sales / technical team Follow up with prospects and existing customers for quotations and negotiations Maintain accurate call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or sales tracker Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets Coordinate with technical, service, and sales teams for smooth closure Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, and English mandatory) Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Persuasion and negotiation skills Confidence in handling industrial clients and decision-makers Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email) Target-driven and result-oriented approach
