Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients 2. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build relationships 3. Promote products/services, answer queries, and address concerns 4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets or performance metrics 5. Update and maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM systems 6. Handle customer objections, complaints, and feedback Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service 2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets 4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs 5. Proficient in CRM software and telephony systems Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in a similar industry or sector 2. Knowledge of sales and marketing methodologies 3.
