Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential customers via phone calls, and social media. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and self-researched prospects. Pitch and explain products/services to potential customers persuasively. Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Ability to persuade and close deals over the phone. ✅ Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. ✅ Proficiency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] for effective communication. Qualifications Education: Graduation mandatory Experience: 1 year/ Freshers are also welcome. ( FEMALES ONLY) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Telesales: 1 year (Required)
