We’re expanding our presence in the gifting, corporate, and wedding segments — and we’re looking for a driven telesales professional to help us make the right connections. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to connect with gifting curators, corporate companies, wedding planners, and caterers — introducing them to The AftaWay’s premium product range for collaborations, gifting, and event partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and driving conversions through engaging communication and persuasive follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Research and build contact lists of potential clients across corporate gifting, wedding, and event categories. Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages/emails to introduce The AftaWay products and partnership opportunities. Understand customer needs and suggest the most relevant product offerings or gifting concepts. Maintain detailed call records, lead progress, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for sampling, quotations, and closing deals. Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets. Represent The AftaWay with professionalism and warmth — as the voice of a premium brand. Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (FMCG, food, gifting, or hospitality sector preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both in English and Hindi. Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-up discipline. Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic email communication.
