Key Responsibilities Packaging Operations: Execute daily packaging activities for mukhwas and other product lines as per defined SOPs. Ensure packaging accuracy — correct SKU, batch coding, labeling, sealing, and aesthetics. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the packaging area per FSSAI and internal standards. Inventory & Material Management: Track stock levels of raw materials and packaging consumables (jars, pouches, labels, cartons). Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for timely replenishment. Maintain accurate records of inward/outward movement and wastage tracking. Quality & Process Control: Inspect packaging material quality before use and report any discrepancies. Implement and document quality checks at each stage of packing. Support quality audits and adhere to brand and compliance standards. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the operations manager for daily targets and production planning. Coordinate with design, vendors, and logistics for new product launches or reprints. Submit daily packaging and inventory status reports.
