Job Description - We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote our health care products and services, explain benefits, and close sales. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote and explain Vital Health Care products/services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert into sales. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients. RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic.
