We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive for our Domestic Voice Process located in Wadgaon sheri , Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries in a polite and professional manner, and providing accurate information related to products and services. The role also includes maintaining customer satisfaction, following call quality standards, updating call records, and sharing daily reports with the team leader.
We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi, along with basic computer knowledge. A positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn are essential for this role. Freshers are welcome to apply, and any prior experience in the BPO industry will be considered an added advantage.
This is a full-time, office-based position with a monthly salary ranging from 10000 to 18000. The office is located in Wadgaon sheri, Pune.
