Job Summary:

Arihant Global is hiring a Tele Sales Executive in Jaipur. The role requires calling potential clients, explaining our Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Websites) and CPaaS Solutions (bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, IVR), and generating leads.

This position is for experienced candidates in tele sales or digital/CPaaS sales who can confidently handle outbound calls and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and business owners.
• Explain company services – Digital Marketing & CPaaS solutions.
• Generate leads, fix appointments, and support the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reports.
• Achieve monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Follow up with prospects until closure.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in tele sales / cold calling (preferably in digital marketing, telecom, CPaaS, or IT services).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert calls into leads.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CPaaS services (training support provided).
• Proficiency in Hindi & English.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / cold calling.
• Prior experience in Digital Marketing or CPaaS industry preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,167.56 per month
