Telesales Executive

Job purpose: To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Vishal and Fursys range Ergonomics Seating Solutions and Flooring Solutions to major accounts and specifiers, in accordance with agreed business plans. Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead Generation and Qualification: Telemarketing Executives actively seek out potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation activities. They qualify these leads by understanding their needs and requirements, ensuring that they are a good fit for the company's products or services.  ·        Sales Presentations and Persuasion: They present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and pricing. They use their persuasion skills to address customer concerns, overcome objections, and ultimately close sales.  ·        Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service are crucial aspects of the role. This includes answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up calls.  ·        Product and Service Knowledge: They must have a comprehensive understanding of the products and services they are selling, enabling them to answer customer questions effectively and tailor their sales pitches to individual needs.  ·        Collaboration with Sales Teams: Telemarketing Executives often work closely with other members of the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.    To Know more about Vishal Ergonomics Pvt Ltd check : https://sites.google.com/vishalergonomics.com/vishalergonomics/home
